Please perform only a single registration at a time.  If you plan to make multiple registrations, please go through the registration process for each one separately.  Choose one of the following 3 registration options by specifying Quantity of '1' for the desired option.

If you do order an event T-shirt and plan to pick it up at CVIM, we will notify you via eMail when your T-shirt has arrived and is ready for pick-up.
